I’ve run 5 marathons including Brighton Marathon and Amsterdam Marathon, and trust me, it wasn’t because I’m naturally super disciplined. What got me through all those early mornings and long training runs were the
systems I put in place - and a lot of accountability.

It wasn’t about pushing harder. It was about having a plan, showing up even when I didn’t feel like it, and keeping promises to myself.
